Job Title: Senior Support Worker – Supported Living
Type: Permanent, full time (Flexibility needed for day, night and weekend shift work)
Salary: £14.50 per hour / salary equivalent to 37.5hrs/ week

We deliver wide-ranging services including supported living accommodation.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker – Supported Living to assist the Management in the day to day running of services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and other needs.  To lead the team delivering a person-centred service through Active Support with a commitment to Life Long Learning and independence for all.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in Care and Support of Adults with Learning Disabilities
  • Experience in person centred planning and risk assessment
  • Ability to swim and support others in our hydrotherapy pool
  • QCF Level 3 or NVQ 3 or willingness to work towards a relevant care qualification
  • Knowledge of current legislation
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Driver preferred

Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
Type: Permanent, full time (Flexibility needed for day, night and weekend shift work)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (to increase to £27,500 within your first year)

We provide a huge presence in the mental health sector and understands the importance of supported living and the support required within this community – currently we have 12 accomodations across South London, with a variation of low, medium and high risk residents.

  • Recovery Coordinator will work closely with residents by key working and supporting with appointments, independence development and general development.
